Sloth selfies canceled at the Bethpage Equestrian Center on International Sloth Day!

During a phone meeting the day before International Sloth Day, the Bethpage Equestrian Center owner met with Humane Long Island President John Di Leonardo and told him she never would've supported Sloth Encounters had she known how sloths suffered for sloth selfies! She promptly canceled Sloth Encounters' appearance at the Equestrian Center and will not allow Sloth Encounters' to exhibit at her center moving forward.
Shortly thereafter, we heard back from Oyster Bay Code Enforcement who told us that they will be visiting the Center on International Sloth Day to ensure sloths are not present and intend to give Wallach yet another summons if they are!
